Children’s Data Collection

1. Request to Stop Collection or Use of a Child’s Data
To ask us to stop collecting or using a child’s information, you may contact us and provide enough detail for us to identify the account or device involved.

- Include the child’s username, account ID, or other relevant in-app identifier if available
- Use in-app privacy controls when a specific product includes them

Verified requests are generally handled within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention needs and operational constraints.
2. Request to Delete a Child’s Personal Data

- Use an in-app deletion control if one is available in the relevant product
Once a request is verified, we will process deletion unless we are legally required to keep certain records.
